Blogging About Software Quality
06.16.2006 Since I started ProtoTest more than eight years ago, there have been lots of changes in the world of software QA and testing. More (and more sophisticated) test automation, open source tools, offshoring of testing services, the rise of agile development processes... the list goes on, and it seems like the rate of change is accelerating. I plan to use this blog to observe and comment on the changes.
My posts won't be technical in nature, instead they will focus on trends and the business side of software quality. From time to time, others at ProtoTest may guest-blog, and some of those posts may be more technical.
Don't be shy about commenting - I enjoy a good debate!

I can recommend a good automation book, one that was written based on experience in the front-line software testing trenches. One that Approximately 56% of the Amazon.com's customers purchase, "Just enough Software Test Automation." This professional reference book coveres the widely accepted data-driven software testing frameworks in detail.
I am a beliver in the tool supporting the process. Data-driven testing is an open ended framework that is tool and process independent.
