NEW! Applied Agile Testing

This 2-day course covers the concepts, methodologies, and implementation of testing software in an Agile environment. Students will learn the key differences between traditional testing and agile testing from the planning stage through the implementation stage. We will examine the challenges and strategies of how to test effectively within short sprints. Students will understand ways to implement test strategies that increase efficiency. The course will be run as a mini-Scrum project to provide the student a hands-on learning experience. Students receive a ProtoTest Training Certification. Fundamentals of Software Testing (FOST) – Get ASTQB Certified!

This 3-day course is designed for professionals who want to build or enhance their knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing. After covering the key objectives and benefits of process for testing, students will be equipped to create an effective test strategy and plan. The test development portion of the course will dissect the techniques to implement your test plan. Finally, the student will learn about specialized tests, defect management, test tools and test metrics. Students receive a workbook including labs, examples, and glossary and a ProtoTest Training Certificate.

Become a Certified Tester!

The American Software Qualifications Testing Board (ASTQB) Certification can also be obtained by taking and passing the ASTQB Certification – Foundation Level Exam at the end of the course. The exam and certification are optional. FOST is taught by senior consultants who are ASTQB certified testers and Scrum Masters.   Click here for more detailed information.
